Located at 1735 Dennis Kemp Lane NW, Maddie Mae’s Car Wash is a bit of a local institution. The bays of this car care center have served countless Acworth locals. With prom season right around the corner, the business’ owners anticipated that once again young men would be bringing by their rides for a complete cleanup before picking up their dates. This year, they will be greeted by a completely new signage package.
We've included lots of before and after images so you can see the rebranding transformation of this car wash.
Why Rebrand?
You see, Maddie Mae’s had relied for a long time on its older car wash signage. Acworth, GA, businesses all around used these – now outdated – signage products, too.The New Owner decided that it was time for a makeover.
The old monument sign
Visitors to the location will find modern new signage installed on the property. After calling in the professionals from Signs & More for assistance, we revamped the look of the logo and rebranded with stronger and bolder colors. While old pricing signs featured a difficult to read print, the new signs display modern style elements, easy-to-read fonts and simple pricing structures.
Fantastic refurbished monument sign!
Warning signs were combined into one signage product that covers all messages that previously took up three or more signs. The dated front of the car care center received an updated branding. Bowflags posted near the venue get the attention of motorists. Wayfinding signage, too, got a major upgrade. Instructions are now easier to take in with a glance while added marketing information brands the venue as it advertises. Now, this business fits right in with the modern signage solutions other companies are using.

Colors. Changing colors can seem like a dangerous proposition. For so long, your colors served as branding tools that spoke to the public. When upgrading them, you might worry that some of your established customers will miss the old signs. This is not necessarily the case. While there are some who have a difficult time with change, many more will flock to your business because of the noticeable and easier to read signage.
And a flying banner sail (Bowflag)!
Cohesion. When you have added to your signage display over the years – or decades – there is bound to be a hodgepodge of fonts, marker construction methods and display setups. Presenting a unified design and overall look is much more appealing.
