Dr. John Carey recently completed a new building to move his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Practice into. Dr. Carey needed 2 signs - one for the main road for his customers to find his practice and one to tell them where to turn into his parking lot from the access road behind the building.
He called Signs & More for help with this project. Signs & More started by designing a monument sign for the main street and a little post & panel sign for the access road. Dr. Carey is expecting to lease part of his building, so room had to be available to add a tenant to the signs. The next step was working with the Holly Springs Sign Permit Authorities to make sure the signs would comply with the regulations and convince them that there was a true need to allow a second (normally prohibited) freestanding sign on the property.
Faux Brick Sign Matching Brick Building |
Dr. Carey asked that the main sign coordinate with the brick and rock structure of the building so we recommended a synthetic stucco sign with faux brick to match his building. A space was left for routed tenant panels on both sides of the sign. The post and panel sign was to be made of black aluminum with beige vinyl with room for a tenant.

After receiving approval for the signs, production began. Signs & More installed the signs before Dr. Carey opened his new location in late January.
