  • What types of signs do you create and manufacture? 
    • Interior (Lobby/Reception Signs, Wayfinding, Wall Wraps, Room Identification), Exterior (Masonry Monument Signs, Wall Signs, LED Channel Letter Signs, Wayfinding Signs, Signature Signs, Interpretive Signs), Custom Routed Signs, ADA Signs, LED Message Center Signs, Hanging Signs, Banners & Yard Signs.
  • Where are you located, and what areas do you serve? 
    • We are located in White, GA not far from from I-75 and serve the Metro Atlanta area and beyond including all of our neighboring states.

    • M-F 9:00-5:30 and by appointment

  • Do you offer design services?
    • Yes we do! We can also help you design a custom logo or artwork (When you purchase a logo design from us, we will share the artwork with you to use for other applications - website, printing, shirts & etc.)
  • Can I see examples of your previous work? 

Ordering and Production:

  • How do I place an order?
  • What information do I need to provide for a custom sign?
    • Please have a budget in mind, tell us if it will be interior or exterior and if you have a size in mind. If you have a lease – send us the information pertaining to what signage your landlord allows. Send us your logo and your inspiration pictures - it helps our designers create a proof closer to what you have in mind for your sign design.
  • What are your turnaround times for different types of signs?
    • Our turnaround times vary depending on sign type from project to project.
  • What file formats do you accept for artwork?
    • EPS, AI, SVG or Print Ready PDF - See this link for more information.
  • Can I get a proof of my sign before it's produced?
    • Yes! We offer proofs for your approval and signoff before we start production.
  • What materials do you use?
    • We use many varied materials - metals, woods, composites, sign foam, plastics - if you can dream it, we can make it. We will advise you on the best materials for your sign application.
  • Do you offer installation services?
    • Yes! We prefer to install the signs we make to insure the signs are installed properly, but do offer pick-up and shipping options.
  • Do you offer Sign Permit Procurement services?
    • Yes, we will do the research to see what your jurisdiction allows and then file for and receive the Sign Permit for you.
  • What is your policy on Proof revisions?
    • All proofs require approval before we start production. The proof approval process is where revisions are made. We allow 1-2 revisions before we ask you to make a deposit for your project. Not sure this is the sign you want to buy, but you know you want to work with Signs & More - we ask for a design deposit (varies per project). The design deposit goes toward your sign once you approve your design.

Pricing and Payment:

  • How much will my new sign cost? 
    • Our minimum order is $250. However, each sign's price varies based on material, size, quantity, and how it is being installed. We have completed jobs at our minimum order and we have completed jobs into the 6 figures. We require a deposit of 50% on all orders before production can begin.
  • Do you offer free estimates?
    • Yes! We offer free estimates, however as estimates, they can change based upon special considerations that your project may require and changes to the final artwork approval. 
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept cash, check, ACH payments, and credit card. We require a deposit of 50% on all orders before production can begin. Orders/Deposits over $10,000 we prefer check or ACH (If paying $10,000 and up by credit card we add a credit card processing service charge).
  • Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
    • Most exterior signs require a sign permit with your jurisdiction (city or county), we will take care of this permit and paperwork for you but it will be an extra charge. And we pass along the charges from the jurisdiction after we pay them.
    • Setup & Design is included in the price of your sign. If you need a logo or intricate artwork created, a separate fee will be charged. Customer service will notify you of this and let you know the cost up front. We require a deposit of 50% on all orders before production can begin.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Do you offer shipping?
    • Yes! We ship to all US states & APO. We can deliver to your exporter.
  • What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
    • Shipping costs and timelines vary based upon sign size, weight and distance.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    • Yes, we offer pickup at our shop in White, GA or Porch Pickup in Acworth, GA if the signs are small enough.

Specific Product Questions:

  • What are the care instructions for vehicle wraps?
    • Hand wash your vehicle with a soft cloth and mild detergent, and promptly address any spills or stains. Avoid harsh chemicals and automatic car washes with brushes. Protect it from harsh sunlight as best possible.
    • Separately, we ask that you get your vehicle washed before you bring it in to get decaled and/or wrapped. If the vehicle is brought in dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.
